1 cup Rolled oats, dry
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Cacao nibs, raw (optional)

Instructions


  1. Mash banana in a bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir well.
  2. Spoon onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, should make 6-8 cookies.
  3. Option to exchange cacao nibs for dried cranberries.
  4. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
