Instructions
Mash banana in a bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Spoon onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, should make 6-8 cookies.
Option to exchange cacao nibs for dried cranberries.
Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
