Instructions


  1. Mash bananas.
  2. Whisk eggs, baking soda, and vanilla extract into bananas.
  3. Cook in a skillet on low-medium heat. A few minutes on each side or until cooked through. Recommend to cook them as smaller than typical pancakes.
