1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 medium Banana (s) (cut into chunks)
1 dash Cinnamon
1 1/2 cup Rolled oats, dry
2 tbsp Whey protein powder, vanilla
1 tsp Coconut oil (for the griddle)
1/4 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
2 large egg Egg
1/2 cup Partly skimmed milk, 2% M.F.
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure


  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined into a batter like consistency, about 2 minutes (scrapping down the sides in-between).
  2. Warm a griddle to 350°F or medium heat if using the stove top.
  3. Add the coconut oil and evenly distribute with a spatula until the whole surface is covered.
  4. Pour batter onto griddle and flip when tiny bubbles begin to appear. 
  5. Remove from griddle when both sides are browned.
  6. Serve with chopped walnuts, sliced banana, honey, peanut butter, or maple syrup!
