1 medium Banana (s) (peeled and sliced)
1/3 cup Pumpkin purée, canned (100% pumpkin; or steamed pumpkin)
1/2 cup Coconut milk, sweetened (full-fat)
1 tbsp Gelatin dry powder, unsweetened (optional)
1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice


  1. Combine bananas, pumpkin puree, coconut milk, gelatin powder, and pumpkin pie spice in a high-speed blender.
  2. Mix on high until smooth, about 20-30 seconds.
  3. Transfer immediately to a bowl and garnish with toppings if desired. i.e. fresh fruit or coconut flakes.
  4. Serve chilled.
