Preheat oven to 325°F and grease minidonut pan(s).
Place bananas, 1 1/2 cups walnuts, eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, and honey in a blender. Puree until smooth, then
add starch and soda. Pulse to combine.
Pour slowly into greased mini donut pans,filling rings about 1/2 full (about 1 tablespoon).
Bake for 15 minutes.
Cool in pans for 5 minutes, then remove with a spoon and cool before glazing.
Combine 2 tbsp honey, coconut oil, cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla and salt in a small bowl to make the glaze.
Dip cooled donuts in glaze and then zip in the remaining crushed walnuts.
