Ingredients


1 cup Broccoli florets
1 cup Cauliflower
1 cup Kale
1/4 cup Dill, fresh
1/4 cup Mint, fresh
1/2 cup whole Almonds, raw
1/2 cup seeds Pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup Golden raisin, seedless
1/4 cup White wine

Instructions


1. Combine raisins and wine and let soak for 10 minutes.

2. Finely chop cauliflower, broccoli, kale, mint and dill.

3. Combine all ingredients and let salad come together for approx 10 minutes before serving.
