1/4 cup Golden raisin, seedless
1/4 cup White wine
1 cup Broccoli florets
1 cup Cauliflower
1 cup Kale
1/4 cup Dill, fresh
1/4 cup Mint, fresh
1/2 cup whole Almonds, raw
1/2 cup seeds Pomegranate seeds

Instructions


  1. Combine raisins and wine and let soak for 10 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the cauliflower, broccoli, kale, mint, and dill.
  3. Combine all the vegetables with the soaked raisins, pomegranate seeds, and almonds, and let salad come together for approx 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
