1. Preheat your oven to 425F degrees.
2. Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken pieces in a zip-top plastic bag along with olive oil (and other optional desired spices, see notes). Seal the bag and shake everything around until mixed.
3. Place chicken in a baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reads 165F degrees (see notes). Take out of oven, cover the dish and let it sit 5-10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat. Serve with veggies!

Omit black pepper.
