Ingredients


1 cup Green leaf lettuce
1/2 cup Arugula (or other salad green))
1 large Carrots
1/4 cup Cucumber (sliced thin)
1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes
1 medium Lemon (slice)

Instructions


1. Rinse fresh veggies.

2. Shred carrot with grater.

3. Chop lettuce into small pieces, slice cucumbers into thin rounds, and slice cherry tomatoes in half or leave whole.

4. Serve with wedge of lemon.

5. Enjoy!
