A quick and easy dressing

Ingredients


1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
6 tbsp Red wine vinegar
3 tbsp Maple syrup, pure
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 pinch Himalayan sea salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper (or a couple of turns of cracked pepper to taste)

Instructions


Mix all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together or you can put them all in a mason jar and shake.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. 

Notes:

Make this recipe your own!

Swap out red wine vinegar for balsamic, white wine, or apple cider.

Use honey instead of maple syrup.

Add spices or herbs to add more depth of flavour to it.

This dressing can also be used to marinate, grill or roast vegetables too!
