40 gm | Crispbread rye cracker (crumbled) |
1 1/2 tbsp | Basil, fresh (chopped, divided) |
135 gm | Turkey breast (grounded) |
80 gm | Tomato (chopped) |

1 clove(s) | Garlic (small, finely minced, to taste) |

1 tbsp | Balsamic vinegar glaze, Giant |
In a large bowl combine the crumbled crackers and basil. Add turkey, salt and pepper to taste; mix well. Form a patty.
Place patty on grill or pan. Grill or cooked on pan, covered, for 5 minutes per side or until golden.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine tomatoes, garlic, 1/2 tbsp of basil, salt and pepper to taste; set aside.
On a plate, add the arugula, place burger over it, top with tomato mixture, drizzle balsamic vinegar glaze, and serve.
Can use ground chicken, pork, or meat instead of turkey.
