1 1 pouch StarKist Chunk Low Sodium Light Tuna in Water Pouch
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1/2 tbsp Green onion (minced; (scallion) tops)
1/2 tbsp drained Capers, canned (optional)
1/4 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1 dash Salt and pepper (freshly ground; to taste)
1 large leaf Lettuce, butterhead (Boston)

Instructions


  1. Drain can of tuna and flake in a bowl.
  2. Add pesto, green onion tops, capers, lemon juice then stir to combine.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread on lettuce and place on slices of bread.
