142 gm Baby spinach
1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp Walnuts
1/2 tsp Salt
511 gm Pasta, gluten free, dry


1. Place the basil and spinach in a food processor and roughly chop.


2. Add the olive oil, Parmesan, walnuts, and salt, and pulse until a creamy mixture forms.

3. Toss with your favourite pasta and serve immediately or brush over your favourite protein like chicken or shrimp and grill.
