1 medium tortilla(s) Tortilla, gluten-free (or almond flour wraps)
1 tbsp Almond butter
3 medium Strawberries (thinly sliced)
1/2 small Banana (s) (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp Walnuts (crushed)
2 tbsp Yoso Plain Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
1 tbsp Truvia, calorie-free sweetener

Instructions


  1. Spread almond butter all over tortilla wrap. 
  2. Mix vegan yogurt and protein powder till fully incorporated
  3. Layer yogurt mixture on the tortilla
  4. Scatter strawberries, banana slices, and crushed walnuts over top.
  5. Roll up the wrap, then grill on the skillet and enjoy
