Ingredients


3 cup Bean sprouts (rinsed)
1 tsp Garlic (minced)
1 stalk(s) Green onion, scallion, ramp (chopped)
2 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Sesame seeds (toasted)
1 tsp Soy sauce

Instructions


Parboil bean sprouts in boiling water for 2 minutes, then rinse with cold water.

Squeeze bean sprouts between your hands to remove excess water, and toss with sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce and top with sesame seeds and green onion. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
