1. To roast cauliflower:
2. Place roasted cauliflower in a food processor along with the olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, almonds, garlic, salt & pepper, cumin and paprika. Blend until smooth.
3. You may have to add a tablespoon or two of water to get the desired consistency.
4. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and chopped parsley if desired.
