57 gm Beef roast, lean (1 slice)
1/2 slice Cheddar cheese, sharp
1 tbsp Thousand island salad dressing
15 gm White onion (1 tablespoon, chopped)
15 gm Tomato (1 tablespoon, chopped)

Instructions


1. Lay out the roast beef.

2. Place cheese, dressing, and vegetables on top.

3. Roll up, cut in half, and enjoy!
