|200 gm||Beef loin steak, lean|
|1 tsp||Canola oil|
|1/4 cup||Teriyaki sauce, low sodium|
1. Heat canola oil in a heavy bottomed frying pan over high heat until very hot. Swirl the oil around so it covers the inside of the pan.
2. Add the the steaks and sear them on both sides.
3. Drain the excess oil. Pour the teriyaki sauce into the pan with the beef, and let it boil.
4. Remove from the heat at desired cooking (rare or medium-rare).
