2 tbsp Avocado oil
1 1/2 cup Broccoli florets
1 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (cut into matchsticks)
2 medium Carrots (thinly sliced)
1 stalk(s) Green onion (chopped)
tsp Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp Liquid aminos
1 can (15oz) Chickpeas, canned, drained (Rinsed well)

Instructions


Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat; cook broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, chickpeas and garlic to the center of the wok.

Cook and stir vegetables for 5 minutes.

Season with liquid aminos. Continue to cook and stir until vegetables are tender, about 2 more minutes.
