This is a delicious and satisfying meal that's perfect for taco night!

Ingredients


1 kg Ground Beef, 90% lean
2 Packet (1.3 oz) Siete Taco Seasoning
16 Shell Siete Grain Free Taco Shells
1 1/2 cup Salsa, ready-to-serve (diced)
1/2 medium Red onion (diced)
2 cup Lettuce, romaine (shredded)
1 fruit Lime (juiced)
1 pinch Salt and pepper (to taste)
4 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper
4 medium pepper(s) Yellow bell pepper
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  3. Arrange taco shells on a baking sheet and bake for 3-4 minutes, until crispy.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together diced avocado, red onion, red bell pepper, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fill taco shells with beef mixture and top with avocado salsa. 
  6. Slice peppers and sauté with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt. 
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes:

You can switch up the protein and use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef. You can also add toppings such as shredded cheese, lettuce, or black beans to the tacos. Make it a family activity by having the kids help with the toppings and assembling the tacos. Serve with a side of Mexican rice or corn for a complete meal.
