Beef & Vegetable Stir Fry ( no oils )

Ingredients


135 gm Beef, top sirloin, lean (cut into 2-inch strips - grass fed if possible)
40 gm Broccoli florets
35 gm Green bell pepper (cut into matchsticks)
35 gm Carrots (thinly sliced)
20 gm Spring Onion (s) (chopped)
2 tsp Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Tamari sauce

Instructions


1. Heat a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat; add a splash of water to cook and stir beef until browned, 3 to 4 minutes.

2. Move beef to the side of the wok and add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, spring onions, and garlic to the center of the wok.

3. Cook and stir vegetables for 2 minutes.

4. Stir beef into vegetables and season with soy sauce. Continue to cook and stir until vegetables are tender, about 2 more minutes.

5. Serve and enjoy!
