Ingredients


1 can (284 ml) Beef broth (stock), low-sodium
454 gm Beef, ground, extra lean
2 cup Black beans, canned (drained, rinsed)
2 tsp Chili powder
2 cup Frozen yellow corn kernels
1 can(s) (16 oz) Tomato sauce, canned

Instructions


Combine beef and chili powder blend in large Dutch oven. Cook 6 minutes over medium-high heat or until beef is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain and return to pan.

Stir in frozen corn, beans, broth, and tomato sauce; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Uncover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Ladle chili into bowls. Top each serving with sour cream and onions, if desired.
