1 tbsp Walnuts
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 pinch Sea Salt
1 dash Black pepper


  1. On a plate, layer the ingredients in the order listed.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Season with sea salt and pepper and drizzle over salad.
