1 beet(s) Beets, raw
1/4 cup Cashew nuts, raw
1/4 cup Pistachio nuts
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper (or to taste)
1 cup Basil, fresh
1 cucumber(s) Cucumber (sliced)

Instructions


1. Slice cucumber into 1/4" rounds and set aside.
2. In food processor combine the remaining ingredients until you have a consistent paste.
3. Cover each cucumber round with the paste
4. Serve it up!
