Ingredients


5 small Beets (roasted)
1 15-oz can Chickpeas (rinsed)
4 clove(s) Garlic (small)
2 tbsp Tahini
1 tbsp Cumin
3 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Kosher salt (to taste)
1 dash Pepper (to taste)

Instructions


  1. Blend well in a food processor and scoop into a bowl. 
  2. Top with pine nuts and parsley.
  3. Dip with veggies and/or warm rye bread.
