Instructions:
1.) (optional) Toast walnuts in a toaster oven, oven, or air fryer until crisp.
2.) Dice the green apple, and cut the beets into smaller pieces if necessary.
3.) Add all the ingredients into a bowl and dress with balsamic vinaigrette.
