Ingredients


1/2 cup Buckwheat groats, dry
1/4 cup Sliced almonds
1/2 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup slices Banana (s)
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (Or coconut)

Instructions


1. Rinse buckwheat groats in a strainer

2. Using a fork stir the milk, buckwheat groats and chia seeds for 2 minutes to avoid clumping

3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients except for the banana and refrigerate overnight.

4. Top with banana, sit quietly for a few seconds enjoying the moment, and then savor each yummy bite!

is naturally gluten free and is high in fibre! It is also high in B-complex vitamins!
