Berry Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients


1/2 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk (any desired brand)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1 1/2 cup Frozen berries

Instructions


  1. Mix together almond milk, and vanilla in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Whisk chia seeds to evenly distribute chia seeds in the mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours to thicken. If clumps form, simply stir before layering with the berry sauce.
  3. Assemble in large glasses, alternate layers of chia pudding with berries, starting with the pudding and ending with some berries. 
  4. Enjoy!
