2 cup Coconut, shredded
1 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill
1 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla
68 gm Xylitol
1 1/3 cup Coconut oil (melted)
3 1/8 tbsp Erythritol
1/2 tsp Raspberry Flavouring Syrup

Instructions


Mix together all the ingredients except for coconut oil and flavouring

Mix in the remaining ingredients.

Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.

Freeze on a tray lined with baking paper for 2-3 hours.

Transfer to an airtight container and keep in the freezer.
