1 1/3 cup | Coconut oil (melted) |
3 1/8 tbsp | Erythritol |
1/2 tsp | Raspberry Flavouring Syrup |
Mix together all the ingredients except for coconut oil and flavouring
Mix in the remaining ingredients.
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
Freeze on a tray lined with baking paper for 2-3 hours.
Transfer to an airtight container and keep in the freezer.
