2/3 cup Cottage cheese (1% M.F.) (lightly rinsed)
1 cup Frozen berries


  1. In a blender or food processer, puree the cottage cheese with the frozen berries until very smooth.
  2. Serve with additional berries (fresh or frozen) and a sprig of mint, if desired, and enjoy.
