2 cup Walnuts
1 cup pitted Dates
1 cup Cranberries, dried (and/or other dried berries of your choice)
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 scoop Hemp protein powder, vanilla
1 medium Lemon (zested and juiced)
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 cup Almond butter, salted

Instructions


  1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until combined and sticky.
  2. Use a small cookie scoop or small spoon to scoop out balls.
  3. You'll need to manually press them together and let them rest on a cookie sheet.
