Berry Flax Smoothie
A great high antioxidant and high in fiber smoothie!

Ingredients


1 1/4 cup Coconut milk, (for non-dairy you can use plain coconut yogurt)
1 cup Frozen blueberries (or berry of choice)
1/2 scoop Collagen peptides (optional)

Instructions


1. Blend all ingredients together until desired consistency.

Serve and enjoy!

use plain coconut yogurt
