A great high antioxidant and high in fiber smoothie!


1 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F. (for non-dairy you can use plain coconut yogurt)
1 cup Frozen blueberries (or berry of choice)
1 small Banana (s)
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/2 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla


1. Blend all ingredients together until desired consistency.

Serve and enjoy!
