Ingredients


1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free (or plain coconut yogurt for a non-dairy option)
1 large Banana
1 cup Blueberries
4 cup Kale (chopped)
1 cup whole Strawberries

Instructions


1. Add all ingredients into the blender and blend for 30-60 seconds unitl smooth

2. Pour into your favourite glasses, serve and enjoy!
