Ingredients


1 medium Banana (s) (frozen prefered)
1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
1/2 cup Frozen strawberry
1/2 cup diced Pineapple (frozen)
1 cup Spinach
1 cup Orange juice
1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions


  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

Quick Tips:

For additional protein - Add your favorite protein powder.

No orange juice or not a fan? Add non-dairy milk like coconut, almond, or cashew.
