1 cup Frozen blueberries
1 cup Frozen strawberry
1 cup diced Pineapple (frozen)
1 cup Spinach
2 cup Orange juice

Instructions


1. Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth

Add your favorite protein powder

No orange juice or not a fan?

Add a non-dairy milk like coconut, almond or cashew
