|1 cup||Grape tomatoes (halved)|
|4 heart(s)||Hearts of palm, canned (chopped)|
|1/2 bag||Green/yellow string beans, raw (french skinny beans)|
|1 cup||Chickpeas, canned, drained|
|1/4 cup, crumbled||Feta cheese|
|6 ring||Red onion (shaved)|
1. In a frying pan on high heat, parboil green beans and blanch in ice water
2. Combine all ingredients but feta into bowl and mix gently with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3. Sprinkle feta over top of each salad and serve!
