Ingredients


1 cup Grape tomatoes (halved)
4 heart(s) Hearts of palm, canned (chopped)
1/2 bag Green/yellow string beans, raw (french skinny beans)
1 cup Chickpeas, canned, drained
1/4 cup, crumbled Feta cheese
6 ring Red onion (shaved)

Instructions


1. In a frying pan on high heat, parboil green beans and blanch in ice water

2. Combine all ingredients but feta into bowl and mix gently with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 

3. Sprinkle feta over top of each salad and serve!
