Ingredients


1 cup Grape tomato (s) (halved)
4 heart(s) Hearts of palm, canned (chopped)
1/2 bag Green/yellow string beans, raw (french skinny beans)
1 cup Chickpeas, canned, drained
1/4 cup, crumbled Feta cheese
6 ring Red onion (shaved)

Instructions


  1. In a frying pan on high heat, parboil green beans and blanch in ice water.
  2. Combine all ingredients except feta into a bowl and mix gently with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 
  3. Sprinkle feta on top of each salad and serve!
