| 900 gm | Game meat, bison, ground, raw (or grass-fed ground beef) |
| 3 cup | Spinach (fresh or cooked) |
| 1 tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 clove(s) | Garlic (minced) |
| 2 tsp | Black pepper |
| 2 tsp | Onion powder |
| 1/2 tsp | Cumin seeds |
| 1 tsp | Coconut oil |
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except coconut oil and spinach. Mix thoroughly and form into patties.
In a skillet over medium-heat, cook patties in coconut oil, turning once, 8-12 minutes or until desired doneness.
Serve over a bed of spinach.
