284 gm Dandelion greens ( large stems discarded and greens finely chopped)
114 gm Lemon balm, essential oil (should be about 2 cups finely chopped leaves)
9 bag(s) Chamomile tea, brewed (or 1 cup dried flowers)
1 cup Mint, fresh (finely chopped fresh)
1 1/2 l Vodka (40% alcohol by volume) (or 1.5 quarts)


  1. Combine the greens and herbs with the vodka in a glass jar or container.
  2. Let stand in a cool, dark place for 3 to 4 weeks.
  3. Strain into a clean bottle and refrigerate for up to 3 months.


A serving is a tablespoon or a shot over ice.
