1/2 cup shredded Radicchio
2 cup Lettuce, romaine (roughly chopped)
1/4 cup slices Fennel
1/2 medium Navel orange (skin and pith removed, sliced in segments)
1/4 cup Walnuts
1 green onion (stem) Green onion, scallion, ramp (sliced)
3 tbsp Olive oil (for the vinaigrette)
1 tbsp Rice vinegar (for the vinaigrette)
1 tsp Honey (for the vinaigrette)
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard (for the vinaigrette)
1/2 tsp Salt (for the vinaigrette)
1/2 tsp Black pepper (for the vinaigrette)
4 medium egg Egg, hard boiled (sliced)


Place lettuces on a place, arrange fennel sliced around the edges with the orange segments. Sprinkle with walnut halves and green onions.

Combine all vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl or a mason jar with a lid and shake vigourously. Pour dressing over salad and serve with egg.
