Preheat oven to 325F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Place the black sesame seeds and flax seeds into a high speed blender or coffee grinder. Pulse until all seeds are pulverized to a flour like consistency.
Transfer into a mixing bowl along with coconut milk powder and a pinch of salt, give this a gentle stir
In another bowl, add the coconut oil, maple syrup, and eggs. Mix until evenly combined
Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients, Mix until combined
Scoop balls of dough onto prepared baking tray. Gently push once walnut onto the surface of each cookie
Bake for 12- 15 minutes
Allow cookies to cool on rack for 15 minutes before serving
