1 tsp Flaxseeds (sprouted)
1 tsp Chia seeds, ground (sprouted)
1 tbsp (level) Psyllium seed husk
1 tsp Honey, raw (plus more for drizzling over top)
1 cup Black Sesame Milk

Instructions


Prepare sesame milk and pour into a glass dish or mason jar (I used this recipe: http://bettysliu.com/2016/01/24/black-sesame-milk-with-dates-and-honey/).

Add in remaining ingredients, stir, and let sit in fridge for 4-6 hours (or overnight). Drizzle honey over the top for an extra sweet kick!
