|1 tsp||Flaxseeds (sprouted)|
|1 tsp||Chia seeds, ground (sprouted)|
|1 tbsp (level)||Psyllium seed husk|
|1 tsp||Honey, raw (plus more for drizzling over top)|
|1 cup||Black Sesame Milk|
Prepare sesame milk and pour into a glass dish or mason jar (I used this recipe: http://bettysliu.com/2016/01/24/black-sesame-milk-with-dates-and-honey/).
Add in remaining ingredients, stir, and let sit in fridge for 4-6 hours (or overnight). Drizzle honey over the top for an extra sweet kick!
