1 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
1/2 tsp, ground Thyme, dried
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Hot pepper (chili) flakes

1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
2 fillet Whitefish (can use perch, tilapia, sole, depending on size and thickness)
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

1. In a shallow dish, combine the paprika, chili powder, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and almond flour.

2. Squeeze the lemon juice evenly over the fish fillets, and then dip them into the spice mixture. Coat both sides well.

3. In a large saute pan, heat the oil over medium heat for a couple of minutes. Add the fish fillets and cook, turning once, about 3 minutes per side, until the fish is opaque and easily flakes with a fork.
