|2 cup||Rolled oats- Gluten Free|
|1 1/2 cup||Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk|
|1 large||Banana (s)|
|1 tbsp||Honey, raw|
|1 dash||Sea Salt|
|1 tsp||Vanilla extract, pure|
|1 1/2 tsp||Baking powder|
|1 large egg||Egg|
|1 tsp||Coconut oil (or butter for cooking )|
Place all ingredients (except egg and coconut oil) in a blender and blend until smooth. Add egg and pulse a few times.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt a teaspoon or two of coconut oil. Pour 1/4 cup batter and cook for about2 – 3 minutes each side.
*Note that batter can become thick, so continue to add more milk if needed.
