2 leaf Lettuce, romaine
30 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, grilled
1/2 medium Tomato
3 tbsp Avocado (mashed)
1 pinch Salt and pepper (as per taste)

Instructions


  1. Spread waxed paper on your worktop
  2. Take several lettuce leaves next to each other and avocado, chicken, salt and pepper tomatoes, and roll on waxed paper or parchment
  3. Cut your rolls in half and serve
