Ingredients


1/2 medium Frozen banana
1 large Zucchini (frozen)
1/2 cup Coconut milk, reduced fat
2 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
2 tbsp Cashew butter (or almond butter)
1 tsp Spirulina powder (up to 2 tablespoons)
1 pinch Sea salt
1/8 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions


1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until thick and creamy. Enjoy immediately!


Notes:

Top with anything you desire, such as granola, shredded coconut, bananas, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, nuts, dried fruits, and ground flax seed. You can also blend protein powder into the mixture for extra protein content.
