Instructions
- Place banana, blueberries, almond butter, soy milk, protein powder and spinach in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
- Top with chopped almonds. For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruit.

No protein powder
- Use 3-4 Tbsp of hemp seeds.
