This could easily be made with any fruit—e.g., raspberries, peaches, mango, etc.

Ingredients


1/2 cup Blueberries
1 1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or alternate milk of choice)
1 medium Banana (s)
1 tbsp Almond butter (or other nut/seed butter)
1/2 cup Baby spinach

Instructions


Blend everything together in a high speed blender and Enjoy!

 

Notes:

  • Add 3 Tbsp of hemp hearts for extra protein and healthy fats
  • Add 2 Tbsp of ground flaxseeds for fibre and omega-3 fats
