Blueberry, Avocado & Toasted Pecan Quinoa Salad

1/2 cup Quinoa, cooked
1/4 cup Blueberries
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado (diced)
1/4 cup Pecans
3/4 tsp Extra virgin olive oil (for dressing)
3/4 tsp Maple syrup, pure (for dressing)
1 tbsp Lime juice (fresh) (for dressing)
1 tbsp Basil, fresh (finely chopped, for dressing)
1 pinch Himalayan sea salt (for dressing)
1 dash Black pepper (for dressing)


  1. In a large bowl, add quinoa, blueberries, avocados and pecans.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, lime juice, basil, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour over the salad and gently stir to combine. Serve cold.
